SHIPPING
We are proud to offer free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States! Items shipped via standard ground typically arrive within 3-5 business days of the shipment date. Shipping and delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you need expedited shipping, please contact us.

POST-DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
The recipient must open and inspect the contents of all boxes immediately upon arrival. Should you find any issues upon delivery, please contact us at 504-899-4201 for assistance. Any claims for damages must be reported within 5 business days to qualify for credits or adjustments. For the proper handling of any issues that may arise, please keep all boxes and packing materials until the product is confirmed to be in good working order.

For orders delivered by a freight carrier, items must be inspected on site and any defects must be noted on the bill of lading when signing off on delivery.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, rerouted, or redirected. Please do not refuse the delivery of any non-damaged shipment as this may result in additional restocking fees, return shipping fees and may void the eligibility of a refund.
