Refund policy

POLICY:
All returns must have prior authorization and meet return requirements. Any returns received without an issued return authorization number may be ineligible for refund.

Preference returns will be accepted if they are received within 30 days from the date of delivery as long as the items have not been installed and are packaged in like new condition in their original cartons complete with all parts and packing materials.
Preference returns are assessed a 25% restocking fee. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and shipping must be arranged by the customer. You will receive an email confirming the amount of your refund once the merchandise has safely reached the Visual Comfort warehouse and passed inspection.

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:
The following items are ineligible for return: installed or modified, customized or made to order, shades, bulbs or accessories purchased individually, final sale, last call, open box, and not in original package including outside box and all packing material.
