Yes, all of our lighting includes 40 watt bulbs (incandescent), candle covers when applicable, and installation hardware. You can upgrade to LED bulbs for $8/bulb. We recommend LED bulbs for all plaster lighting. We are ETL Listed for up to 75 watt bulbs. We are listed for both commercial and residential spaces.

Yes, we provide 3 ft. of chain complimentary with each fixture that is hung with chain; additional chain available, $15/ft.
